A proposta foi colocada em pauta nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (28), durante reuni\u00e3o por videoconfer\u00eancia que contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de prefeitos de todas as regi\u00f5es do Estado.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Entre os prefeitos que se manifestaram, foi consenso de que este n\u00e3o \u00e9 o momento de transferir a responsabilidade para os munic\u00edpios, pois o est\u00e1gio da pandemia \u00e9 avan\u00e7ado em praticamente todas as regi\u00f5es do Estado. No entanto, os prefeitos solicitaram \u00e0 Famurs maior poder de participa\u00e7\u00e3o nas decis\u00f5es, de acordo com as caracter\u00edsticas de cada regi\u00e3o. \u201cO modelo atual \u00e9 intransigente e inflex\u00edvel, pois n\u00e3o reflete a nossa realidade como regi\u00e3o e munic\u00edpio\u201d, comentou Jos\u00e9 Carlos Breda, prefeito de Cotipor\u00e3 e presidente da\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">A<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, e sua responsabilidade de apresentar regras e restri\u00e7\u00f5es com base em dados cient\u00edficos, crit\u00e9rios claros e de forma transparente\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">Para os prefeitos, algumas exig\u00eancias tornam a proposta do Estado invi\u00e1vel, como a que consta no\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">i<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">tem 5,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">de que \u201co<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">s protocolos somente poder\u00e3o ser substitu\u00eddos por decis\u00e3o colegiada un\u00e2nime dos prefeito<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">s\u201d<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">No final do encontro, ficou definido que a F<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">amurs<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">\u00a0encaminhar\u00e1 of\u00edcio ao Governo do Estado, solicitando uma reavalia\u00e7\u00e3o da flexibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para pequenos com\u00e9rcios, restaurantes e lancherias. \u201cOutros pleitos da nossa regi\u00e3o
